The OWC Express 1M2 is a portable external SSD enclosure and DIY creation tool that supports NVMe M.2 drives in 2230, 2242 and 2280 sizes. Offered as a ready-to-run OWC Aura SSD solution or as an enclosure for user-supplied M.2 NVMe drives (including drives up to 8.0TB today and future 16TB+ capacities), the Express 1M2 uses USB4 / USB Type-C connectivity to deliver very high sustained performance and broad compatibility with modern Macs, PCs and many older Thunderbolt and USB-C devices.
