Luggage padlock Pacsafe 120L — polycarbonate body, stainless steel shackle, 120×60×170 mm, includes 3 keys
Pacsafe 120L is a luggage padlock featuring a polycarbonate body and a stainless steel shackle, designed to secure suitcases, travel bags and lockers. With dimensions of 120 × 60 × 170 mm, the lock is supplied with three keys and provides basic mechanical protection for travel and storage applications. The product is compatible with most luggage brands and is intended as a practical anti-tamper solution for larger bags and packs.
The polycarbonate body offers a balance of impact resistance and lightweight construction while the stainless steel shackle increases resistance to cutting and bending. Supplied with three keys, the lock allows multiple users or a spare key for travel. The design is straightforward to fit to zippers, hasps or locker latches and integrates with Pacsafe's broader 360° eXomesh® concept by serving as a mechanical closure for wire-mesh or cable-based bag protectors.
Thread the shackle through the zipper pulls, hasp or designated attachment points on your luggage or locker, then insert the key and turn to lock. Keep the spare keys in a separate secure place during travel. When used with Pacsafe wire mesh or cable protectors, secure the mesh end to a fixed point and close the padlock through the connector or loop provided to form a locked enclosure around the bag.
For best results, inspect the padlock and keys before each trip and store spare keys separately from the locked item. Use the Pacsafe 120L in combination with a cable or eXomesh® protector when transporting valuables or when leaving luggage unattended for extended periods. Do not rely on this mechanical padlock as the sole layer of security for high-value items; combine with additional security measures if needed.
