Thermobind cover pavo 8003686 DIN A4, glossy, 8 mm spine, white back, transparent front
Thermobind cover pavo 8003686 DIN A4 combines a glossy white cardboard back with a transparent glossy front and an 8 mm spine to produce a finished A4 document when used with compatible thermal binding systems. The cover is intended for single-piece use and gives reports, presentations and manuals a clean, protected look while allowing the front page to remain visible through the transparent front.
The combination of a solid white backboard and a clear glossy front provides both support and visibility for A4 documents. The 8 mm spine accommodates moderate thicknesses of paper and creates a flat, tidy edge after thermal binding. The glossy surfaces resist light dirt and fingerprints and contribute to a professional finish suitable for office and client-facing materials.
This cover is designed specifically for thermal binding systems and will not function with non-thermal binding methods. It is intended for documents that fit within the capacity of an 8 mm spine; material significantly thicker than the spine capacity will not bind correctly or close flat.
Place your A4 inner pages aligned with the spine area, position the transparent front and white back around the stack, and insert the assembled cover into a compatible thermal binding machine following the machine manufacturer’s instructions. Apply heat for the recommended cycle until adhesive in the spine melts and secures the pages, then remove and allow the bound document to cool and set before handling.
For best results, align pages carefully before binding, use a binding machine with the correct heat and timing settings for an 8 mm cover, and allow the finished document to cool fully to achieve a flat, durable spine and a clear display of the front page.
