Cable connector PAWBOL SP6 screw-type joint 5x6 mm² PG21 IP67 (E.4204)
PAWBOL SP6 screw-type joint E.4204 is a PG21-rated cable connector designed for safe joining of five conductors with cross-sections up to 6 mm². The connector features a threaded housing that secures mechanical connection and provides IP67-rated protection against dust and temporary immersion, making it suitable for outdoor and industrial installations. It is intended for cable joins, repairs and extensions in equipment, junction boxes and control cabinets.
The screw-type design ensures a reliable mechanical and electrical bond between conductors without the need for special crimping tools. Threaded PG21 housing provides secure sealing and strain relief, while the IP67 protection class limits ingress of dust and water for use in demanding environments. The connector supports five separate conductors and accommodates multiple cable sizes up to 6 mm² for flexible wiring arrangements.
Prepare cable ends by stripping insulation to the length appropriate for the screw terminals, taking care not to nick conductor strands. Insert each conductor into its respective terminal and tighten screws to the recommended torque for secure electrical contact. Assemble the threaded housing and ensure the sealing elements are correctly positioned to achieve IP67 protection. Verify mechanical strain relief by checking that the cable cannot be pulled out under moderate force.
Use the connector within its rated conductor size and environment class. Tighten terminals to the manufacturer's recommended torque and inspect seals after installation. For permanent outdoor installations, periodically check the sealing and mechanical fixings to maintain IP67 protection.
