Binding machine PEACH PB200-09 for 50 sheets, dimensions 436×148×80 mm, weight 1.23 kg
PEACH PB200-09 is a compact manual binding machine designed to bind up to 50 sheets of standard 80 gsm paper. With a maximum operating width of 302 mm and physical dimensions of 436×148×80 mm, this lightweight device (1.23 kg) is intended for light office or home use where small-format, portable binding equipment is required. The PB200-09 uses a manual punching and manual binding method and includes 21 knives to create a uniform punch pattern suitable for reports, booklets and presentations.
The PEACH PB200-09 combines portability and simple mechanical operation: its compact size and low weight make it easy to move and store, while the manual system requires no power source and offers straightforward control. Its 21-knife punch array delivers consistent hole spacing across the maximum 302 mm operating width. The machine’s punch capacity of up to 4 sheets (80 gsm) and binding capacity up to 50 sheets (80 gsm) make it suitable for occasional binding tasks without the complexity of larger electric devices.
Position the machine on a stable, flat surface. Align the document stack within the maximum operating width and ensure the total thickness does not exceed the stated punching capacity when punching. Use the manual punch lever to create holes through the paper, then insert an appropriate binding element and close or crimp it manually according to the binding element instructions. For stacks close to the binding capacity, feed sheets evenly and check alignment before completing the bind.
For reliable performance, use standard 80 gsm paper and avoid exceeding the stated punching and binding capacities. Keep the punch area free of paper debris and operate the machine on a level surface. For frequent or heavier-duty binding needs consider a higher-capacity or electric binding solution.
