How to use

Before first use, wash the pans in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Heat the pan gradually and use moderate heat settings to prolong the life of the non-stick coating. Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to avoid scratching the surface. Minimal oil or butter is sufficient for cooking due to the non-stick coating. After cooking, allow the pan to cool before washing; the pans are dishwasher safe but hand washing with a soft sponge will help preserve the coating longer.

Usage recommendations
