How to use

Fill the mill with peppercorns if needed, then rotate the body to grind. To change grind size, turn the graduated u'Select ring at the base to choose one of the six settings (1 = finest). Use the mill directly over food or a dish and grind as required for seasoning or cooking.

Usage recommendations

For optimal performance, use whole, dry peppercorns and avoid exceeding 15% pink peppercorns in blends. Clean the exterior with a dry or slightly damp cloth; do not immerse the mill in water to protect the wooden finish and internal mechanism.
