How to use

Fill the mill with dry table salt (crystal size up to 6 mm). Adjust the grind using the u’Select dial at the base to choose one of six settings from powdered to coarse. Hold the mill upright and turn the head to grind salt over food. After use, wipe the exterior with a soft cloth. Do not put the mill in water or a dishwasher and avoid using wet or flaky sea salt.

Usage recommendations
