How to use

Fill the mill with dry table salt crystals (maximum 6 mm). Select the desired grind size by turning the u’Select ring at the base to one of the six predefined settings. Hold the mill upright and rotate the head to grind salt over food. Do not use with wet salt, sea flakes, or large damp crystals; these can clog or damage the mechanism. Clean the exterior with a soft cloth and never immerse the mill in liquid or place it in a dishwasher.
