How to use

Fill the pepper mill with whole peppercorns and the salt mill with dry rock salt crystals no larger than 4 mm. Select the desired grind size using the u’Select selector at the base to set one of the six predefined positions. Hold the mill by the wooden body and turn the top to grind; for some models the mechanism is operated from the top and for others from the bottom—confirm direction by checking the mill before use. Refill as needed and wipe the exterior with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use the salt mill with moist, flaky or sea salt.

Usage recommendations

Use dry rock salt with crystal size ≤ 4 mm in the salt mill and avoid sea salt flakes or wet salt to protect the Zirconia mechanism.
