How to use

Fill the mill with dry salt crystals no larger than 6 mm, then secure the top and use the manual grinding action to dispense salt onto food. Adjust the texture using the u’Select ring at the base to select one of six grind settings, from powdered to coarse. Do not use the mill with wet salt, sea flakes, or sea salt that contains moisture, as these can clog or damage the mechanism.

Usage recommendations
