How to use

Hold the mill in one hand and twist the top or body to grind salt directly over food or a recipe as required. Adjust the grind size by turning the top button: screw it clockwise to obtain a finer grind and counterclockwise for a coarser grain. Refill the mill with dry rock salt crystals (no larger than 4 mm) by removing the wooden top according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The mill is supplied with salt crystals and is ready for immediate use. Do not use wet sea salt or salt that has not been fully dried, as moisture can damage the grinding mechanism.

Usage recommendations

Keep the mill dry and avoid exposing the mechanism to moisture. Clean the external surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and do not submerge the mill in water. For long-term performance, use only recommended dry rock salt crystals and adjust the grind setting gently to prevent undue strain on the mechanism.
