How to use

Fill the mill with dry salt crystals that are no larger than 6 mm. Adjust the grind size using the u'Select dial at the base of the mill, choosing one of the six predefined settings to obtain a texture from powdered to coarse. Hold the mill upright and turn the top to grind salt directly onto food or into cookware. Do not use with sea salt flakes, wet salt or salts larger than recommended, as these may impair function.
