Phoenix Contact 3022263 CLIPFIX 15 Cable Clamp Grey Polyamide 50-Pack

The Phoenix Contact CLIPFIX 15 cable clamp in grey color is engineered to provide secure and reliable wire and cable management within electrical installations. Manufactured from durable polyamide, this snap-on end bracket is designed to be attached onto NS 15 DIN rails. Supplied in a convenient 50-pack, it is well-suited for professional industrial applications and organized control panel building, ensuring that terminal blocks and components remain firmly in place.

Advantages

This cable clamp offers dependable mechanical stability on standard mounting rails, preventing components from shifting during operation. The robust polyamide construction ensures high durability and resistance to wear in demanding environments. Its snap-on design facilitates quick and tool-free mounting, significantly reducing installation time in complex wiring setups. The neutral grey color maintains a clean and professional appearance across various industrial enclosures and distribution boards.

Suitable for

• Securing terminal blocks on NS 15 DIN rails
• Industrial electrical panel building
• Organized wire and cable management
• Professional electrical installations

When it may not be suitable

This product is not designed for mounting on DIN rails other than the specified NS 15 type. It should not be used as a structural load-bearing support for heavy mechanical devices outside of standard electrical terminal block assemblies.

Key specifications

• Material: Durable polyamide
• Color: Grey
• Mounting type: Snap-on for NS 15 DIN rails
• Packaging unit: 50 pieces per pack

How to use

To install the cable clamp, align the component with the designated NS 15 DIN rail and apply downward pressure until it snaps securely into position onto the rail profile. Position the clamp directly adjacent to terminal blocks or other modular components to prevent lateral movement along the rail. To remove or reposition the clamp, release the locking mechanism or pry it gently from the rail using a standard tool according to standard electrical assembly practices.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your mounting rail system matches the NS 15 specification
• Assess the required quantity for your specific control panel layout
• Ensure compatibility with your existing terminal block configuration

For optimal stability and organization in electrical panels, install the cable clamps firmly against both ends of the terminal block assembly and periodically inspect enclosures to ensure all rail-mounted components remain secure.
