Advantages

Using these gel ink refills helps reduce waste by extending the lifespan of your existing Pilot pens, making them an eco-friendly and cost-effective choice for everyday writing. The specially formulated ink writes smoothly and can be cleanly erased using the FriXion pen eraser without damaging the paper. The fine tip allows for detailed handwriting and neat note-taking, ensuring your documents remain legible and organized.

Suitable for

• Everyday note-taking at school or university
• Office paperwork and administrative tasks
• Drafting planners, calendars, and journals
• Home organization and lists

When it may not be suitable

These refills are not recommended for signing legal documents, official contracts, or checks, as the erasable gel ink can disappear when exposed to heat or friction. They are also not suitable for use in non-erasable standard ballpoint or rollerball pens from other brands.

How to use

To replace your empty refill, unscrew the barrel of your compatible Pilot FriXion pen and remove the old refill tube. Reassemble the pen by screwing the barrel back together and test the ink flow on a scrap piece of paper before writing.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your current pen model is compatible with Pilot FriXion 0.5 mm refills
• Consider whether you require black, blue, or both ink colors for your daily tasks
• Keep in mind that the ink is heat-sensitive and erasable, which may not meet specific archiving requirements

Store your refills in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures to preserve the quality and performance of the erasable gel ink.
