The PLANET IP30 Industrial 1-Port Serial Server (model ICS-2105AT) converts RS232/RS422/RS485 serial communication into Industrial Fast Ethernet (100BASE-FX) to integrate serial devices into a TCP/IP network without replacing existing hardware or software. The compact metal IP30 housing supports DIN-rail or wall mounting and the device accepts wide-range power inputs (9–48V DC or 24V AC). One fiber port (SC or LC, single-mode or multi-mode) extends connection distances from approximately 2 km up to 60 km depending on fiber type. How to use

Install the serial server on a DIN rail or mount it on the wall using the integrated IP30 metal case.
