How to use

Load the 1.75 mm filament into an FFF/FDM printer configured for ABS. Set nozzle temperature within the recommended range (245–265°C) and the heated bed to 90–100°C. Disable or minimize part cooling fan during printing to improve interlayer bonding. Use retraction settings appropriate to your extruder type: for direct-drive systems start with ~1 mm retraction at 20 mm/s; for Bowden systems try ~3 mm at 40 mm/s, and fine-tune to reduce stringing. For prints larger than fist size, use an enclosed printer or an actively heated chamber to reduce warping; a chamber temperature of ~40–50°C is beneficial, and for models larger than ~15–20 cm in any direction a chamber at ~70°C+ may be necessary. Ensure good bed adhesion using adhesives or build surfaces such as Magigoo or BuildTak to minimize deformation.

Usage recommendations

For best results, store filament in a dry environment or in sealed packaging with desiccant. Pre-dry the filament at 70°C for 6 hours if it has absorbed moisture. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and ventilation when post-processing with acetone, or consider alternative smoothing methods such as compatible surface treatments. Adjust print settings gradually and perform calibration prints before committing to large or functional parts.
