PLA Filament POLYMAKER Panchroma Dual Matte 1.75 mm 1 kg
POLYMAKER Panchroma Dual Matte PLA filament 1.75 mm, 1 kg is a standard PLA material formulated to produce a consistent matte surface and reliable printing behavior for consumer and prosumer FDM 3D printers. The filament is supplied on a 1 kg spool and is intended for machines that accept 1.75 mm PLA, offering predictable feeding, good layer adhesion and dimensional stability for visual models, prototypes and decorative parts.
The Dual Matte formulation yields a low-gloss finish that reduces visible layer reflections and highlights surface details without post-processing. The filament exhibits standard PLA properties: low warping, easy bed adhesion with common build surfaces, and straightforward extrusion at typical PLA temperature ranges. Its consistent diameter and smooth spooling help prevent feeding interruptions and support reliable print repeatability across everyday printing tasks.
Load the 1.75 mm filament into a compatible FDM/FFF 3D printer according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions. Select typical PLA print settings as a starting point: nozzle temperatures commonly between 190–220 °C and build plate temperatures from 0–60 °C depending on adhesion method. Use a moderate print speed and appropriate layer height for the chosen nozzle to balance surface quality and print time. Ensure proper filament path tension and check the extruder for smooth feeding before starting long prints.
Store the spool in a dry environment or sealed container with desiccant to prevent moisture uptake. For best matte appearance, avoid aggressive sanding or chemical smoothing; if surface modification is required, test methods on small samples first. When switching from other materials, purge the hotend and verify extrusion consistency to prevent contamination.
