Polymaker Fiberon PA612-CF15 is a 1.75 mm carbon-fiber reinforced filament formulated on a PA612 (polyamide) matrix. The material combines the toughness and chemical resistance of PA612 with 15% chopped carbon fibers to deliver improved stiffness, dimensional stability and elevated heat resistance compared with unfilled polyamide filaments. This filament is intended for FDM/FFF 3D printing of functional prototypes, mechanical parts and end-use components where increased rigidity, wear resistance and thermal performance are required.

How to use

Use the filament in a printer capable of handling polyamide composites and a hardened steel or carbide nozzle to resist abrasive fiber wear.
