Polymaker PB01034 PolyLite™ PETG is a dark blue 1.75 mm filament supplied in a 1 kg spool. It is a PETG-grade 3D printing material that balances ease of printing with mechanical durability, occupying a midpoint between PLA and ABS in terms of printing difficulty, heat resistance and strength.

Advantages

This PETG filament offers a balance of mechanical properties and printability, providing better durability and heat resistance than PLA while being easier to print than ABS. It prints reliably on standard FDM/FFF machines and is suitable for functional parts where toughness and dimensional stability are required. How to use

Load the 1.75 mm PolyLite™ PETG filament into a compatible FDM/FFF 3D printer and set the nozzle temperature to 230–240 °C and the heated bed to 70–80 °C. Use print speeds between 30 and 50 mm/s. Configure retraction according to your extruder type: for direct-drive systems use ~1 mm retraction at 20 mm/s; for Bowden/indirect-drive setups use ~3 mm retraction at 40 mm/s. Dry the filament at 65 °C for about 6 hours only if it has absorbed moisture before printing.

Usage recommendations

Use a small amount of part cooling (around 20%) to improve surface finish; reduce or disable the cooling fan when maximum part strength and layer adhesion are required. Adjust retraction and print speed to minimize stringing and optimize dimensional accuracy.
