How to use

Print PolyMax™ PC with a nozzle temperature in the range 250°C–270°C and a heated bed set to 90°C–105°C. Recommended print speed is 30–50 mm/s and part cooling fan off. For direct-drive extruders use a retraction distance of about 1 mm at 20 mm/s; for Bowden/indirect setups use about 3 mm retraction at 40 mm/s. Dry filament at 75°C for 12 hours only if moisture absorption is suspected. To reduce internal stresses after printing, parts can be annealed at 90°C for 2 hours.

Usage recommendations

For best first-layer adhesion on a heated bed use a PC-compatible adhesive such as Magigoo PC: it adheres strongly when the bed is hot and releases more easily after cooling. Annealing at 90°C for 2 hours helps relieve internal stress and can improve long-term mechanical performance.
