How to use

Print PolyMax™ PC with a nozzle temperature between 250°C and 270°C and a heated bed set between 90°C and 105°C. Recommended print speed is 30–50 mm/s. Turn part cooling fan off during printing. For direct-drive extruders use retraction distance around 1 mm at 20 mm/s; for Bowden/indirect setups use ~3 mm retraction at 40 mm/s. If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry it at 75°C for 12 hours before printing. After printing, anneal parts at 90°C for 2 hours to relieve internal stresses when required.

Usage recommendations

For optimal bed adhesion on PolyMax™ PC, use a PC-specific adhesive such as Magigoo PC: it adheres well while the bed is hot and releases cleanly after cooling. Anneal printed parts at 90°C for 2 hours to reduce internal stress and minimise the risk of microcracks over time. Dry filament at 75°C for 12 hours if moisture absorption is suspected.
