Polymaker PD02005 Teal is a 1.75 mm PolyFlex™ TPU90 filament from the Addigy® family by Covestro, supplied in a 750 g spool. This thermoplastic polyurethane filament offers high flexibility while maintaining good printing speed and is suitable for flexible functional parts and decorative prints in a teal color.

How to use

For best results, use a direct drive 3D printer (extruder mounted on top of the hot end). Load the 1.75 mm filament and set the printing temperature between 210°C and 230°C and bed temperature between 25°C and 60°C. Recommended printing speed is 30–60 mm/s with the part cooling fan ON. For direct drive setups use a retraction distance of about 3 mm at 40 mm/s; for indirect (Bowden) setups use a retraction distance of about 6 mm at 60 mm/s. These settings help manage filament flow and reduce stringing while preserving flexibility.

Usage recommendations

If filament has absorbed moisture, dry at 70°C for 8 hours before printing. Prefer a direct drive extruder for most reliable feeding of flexible PolyFlex™ TPU90 filament.
