Description

The PowerWalker VI 650 SE is a Line-Interactive UPS with 0.65 kVA (650 VA) capacity and 360 W output power, designed as a compact black mini-tower to protect home and IT devices. It includes AVR (automatic voltage regulation) to stabilise input voltage, a 7 Ah / 12 V battery, two Type F AC outlets and a USB (RS-232) interface for monitoring voltage, power and battery status.

Advantages

The AVR function reduces voltage surges and sags to an appropriate level, improving protection for sensitive electronics and extending battery life by avoiding unnecessary discharge. When voltage goes outside the AVR operating window the unit automatically switches to battery mode to prevent dropouts. The UPS also supports cold DC start and a green power mode to reduce energy consumption during standby.

How to use

Connect the UPS to a mains outlet and plug your equipment into the two Type F outlets. Use the USB connection to link the UPS to a computer for monitoring of voltage, power and battery status when required. The unit works automatically: AVR regulates input voltage within its operating window and the UPS switches to battery power when mains voltage is outside safe limits. For cold environments the UPS can be started from the battery (cold DC start).

Usage recommendations
