Battery PowerWalker BP S72T-12x9Ah
The PowerWalker BP S72T-12x9Ah battery pack is designed as a replacement or expansion battery unit for compatible UPS systems, providing a nominal 72 V DC supply through two strings of six 12 V/9 Ah sealed lead-acid batteries. Supplied as a set of 12 black batteries, this pack is intended to deliver stable backup power for extended runtimes and to support orderly shutdowns of connected equipment. It is suitable for integration with UPS models that accept an external 72 V battery pack and specifically referenced as a battery pack for VFI 3000 TGS.
The battery pack combines multiple 12 V/9 Ah cells into a 72 V configuration to extend UPS runtime while keeping installation straightforward. Its sealed lead-acid design requires no maintenance under normal operation and the uniform black housing ensures compatibility with most rack or cabinet installations. Supplied as two strings of six batteries, the assembly simplifies replacement and ensures balanced charging and discharge across the pack.
Install the battery pack into the designated external battery compartment or rack space of the compatible UPS, following the UPS manufacturer's instructions and safety procedures. Ensure all connections are secure, polarity is correct and the UPS is powered down or in bypass as recommended before making the connection. After installation, allow the UPS to perform an initial charge cycle to balance the strings and verify the pack is recognized and charging within the UPS management interface.
Store and operate the battery pack in a dry, ventilated environment within the temperature range specified by the UPS manufacturer. Periodically check terminals for corrosion and ensure the UPS charger settings match the battery pack configuration. Replace the entire pack if individual batteries show significantly reduced capacity to maintain balanced performance and safe operation.
