How to use

Connect the transmitter HDMI male to the HDMI source (PC, Blu-ray player or set-top box) and the receiver HDMI female to the display with a standard HDMI cable. Use a single Cat6/Cat6A/Cat7 UTP cable with RJ45 connectors to link the transmitter and receiver directly — do not route through switches, routers or other active network devices. Plug the supplied micro-USB to USB-A cables into the micro-USB power ports on the units and into a USB power source; if PoE is used, provide power to only one unit and the second will be powered through the UTP cable. Use the reset buttons on the units if a restart is required.

Usage recommendations

For reliable transmission, use high-quality stranded or solid Cat6/Cat6A/Cat7 cable with proper RJ45 terminations and keep the cable run direct and uninterrupted.
