Ferrite Cable Core PREMIUMCORD zz-ferit9, 9 mm inner diameter
Ferrite Cable Core PREMIUMCORD zz-ferit9, 9 mm inner diameter
Ferrite cable core PREMIUMCORD zz-ferit9 with a 9 mm inner diameter. This split ferrite clamp fits around cables to suppress electromagnetic interference (EMI) on signal, power and data lines. The clip-on design allows quick installation and removal without disconnecting cables, making it suitable for audio/video systems, computer cables, chargers and network leads to improve signal integrity and reduce noise.
The PREMIUMCORD zz-ferit9 ferrite core provides passive EMI suppression in a compact split housing, compatible with cables up to 9.0 mm outer diameter. It requires no power, is reusable, and can be positioned where interference is observed. The clip-on construction enables simple retrofitting on existing installations and convenient maintenance.
Open the split ferrite core along its hinge, place the cable inside the 9 mm aperture and close the housing until it snaps shut. Position the ferrite as close as practical to the device or source of interference; for better attenuation, several cores can be placed along the cable. No tools are required for installation or removal.
Use the ferrite core on individual cables where interference or noise is observed. Avoid forcing cables thicker than 9.0 mm into the aperture. For maximum effectiveness, place the core near the equipment connector or near the noise source; multiple cores may be used for improved suppression on high-noise lines.
