Thermal compound PRIMECOOLER PC-C125W HQ White 25g
PRIMECOOLER PC-C125W HQ White 25g is a white thermal compound supplied in a 25 g syringe. It is formulated to improve heat transfer between CPUs, GPUs and other electronic components and their heatsinks by filling microscopic surface gaps and lowering operating temperatures. The paste is suitable for assembly, maintenance and repasting tasks in desktop PCs, workstations and compact systems where a reliable thermal interface is required.
The thermal compound offers low thermal resistance (up to 0.19 °C) and thermal conductivity greater than 2.5 W/m·K. Supplied in a syringe for controlled application, it provides consistent coverage and helps maintain stable thermal contact between components and coolers without introducing conductive particles that could short circuits.
Clean both contact surfaces (CPU/GPU and heatsink) from old thermal compound and debris using a suitable solvent or isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Apply a small, pea-sized amount of PRIMECOOLER PC-C125W HQ to the center of the chip or spread a thin, even layer over the contact area depending on the cooler base design. Mount the heatsink and secure it following the manufacturer’s mounting sequence to ensure even pressure and thin, uniform compound coverage. If repasting, remove the old paste completely before applying the new compound.
Store the syringe at room temperature away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Use the product in a clean, static-safe environment and avoid contaminating the tip. Follow component manufacturer guidelines for torque and mounting to avoid damaging sockets or PCBs.
