Mortar Mixing Bucket Profix BP294050 90 L
Profix BP294050 90 L mortar mixing bucket is a large-capacity container designed for preparing, mixing and transporting cement, mortar and plaster on construction sites. The bucket accommodates both manual and machine mixing methods and offers space for batching materials, temporary storage of prepared mixes and easy transfer to work areas. Its 90-litre volume supports larger batches, reducing the number of mixing cycles needed for medium and large repair, masonry or plastering tasks.
The bucket’s wide opening and durable construction make loading, mixing and cleaning straightforward while supporting repeated on-site use. Its generous capacity allows efficient batching and reduces downtime by enabling larger quantities of mortar or plaster to be mixed at once. The container is compatible with standard mixing paddles and portable mixers, providing flexibility for manual or powered mixing. The design also facilitates transport and temporary storage of prepared mixes close to the work zone.
Place the bucket on a stable, level surface before preparing the mix. Add measured dry materials and water according to the mix instructions for the chosen mortar, plaster or adhesive. For manual mixing, use a suitable trowel or mixing implement and stir until uniform consistency is achieved. For machine mixing, fit a compatible paddle to a portable mixer, lower the paddle into the bucket and mix at recommended speed until homogeneous. Avoid overfilling: leave space to prevent splashing during powered mixing. After use, empty any remaining material and clean the bucket with water before the mix hardens.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, eye protection and dust mask) when handling dry cementitious materials, follow manufacturer mix ratios for each product, and clean the bucket immediately after use to maintain its service life and avoid contamination of future batches.
