How to use

Remove the earbuds from the charging case to power them on and automatically enter pairing mode. Enable Bluetooth on your device and select “Promate Lush” from the available devices list. Place the properly sized silicone ear tips in your ears for a secure fit. Use touch controls on the earphones to answer calls, pause or play music, skip tracks and activate the voice assistant. After use, return the earbuds to the magnetic charging case to recharge; the case recharges via the included USB-A to USB-C cable.

Usage recommendations

For best sound and battery performance, keep the ear tips clean and charge the case regularly. Use the medium ear tips for most users and switch sizes if the fit is loose or causes discomfort. Avoid exposing the product to extreme temperatures or moisture.
