The ProXtend PX-SR-10257 SSD RAID Card is a PCIe 2.0 adapter with two SATA III (6 Gb/s) channels presented in a 2.5-inch full-size SSD/HDD interface. It brings server-class SATA performance and backward compatibility with SATA 1.5 Gb/s and 3 Gb/s drives to desktop and server systems. The card supports full-height and low-profile installations and is compatible with a range of Windows operating systems and Windows Server editions.

Advantages

This PCIe SSD RAID card supports two SATA GEN III ports at up to 6 Gb/s while remaining compatible with older SATA drives. Each PCIe 2.0 lane provides up to 500 MB/s of throughput. The onboard RAID functionality allows configuration as two independent ports (no RAID), RAID 0, RAID 1 or HyperDuo. The card is compatible with major vendors and available in a black and silver design suitable for most desktop and server builds.
