How to use

Take the earbuds out of the charging case to power them on and pair with a device via Bluetooth 5.3. Use the touch panels on the earbuds to control playback, answer or reject calls, skip tracks and activate the voice assistant. Open the QCY app to adjust sound presets, enable gaming mode, check battery levels or locate lost earbuds. Place earbuds back in the case to charge; a 10-minute charge provides about 60 minutes of playback.

Usage recommendations

For best call performance, wear the earbud with the microphone oriented toward your mouth and enable ENC in the QCY app when available. Keep the charging contacts clean and use the included USB-C cable for charging. Avoid submerging the case in water despite the earbuds having IPX5 resistance.
