The QNAP TR-002 HDD/SSD enclosure is a dual-bay external storage solution that connects via USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C. It accepts two 2.5" or 3.5" SATA drives (SATA II/III) and supports hardware- and software-controlled RAID modes to expand storage capacity for QNAP NAS systems and computers. The TR-002 can operate as a DAS (direct-attached storage) device for direct access or be managed from a QNAP NAS using Storage & Snapshots Manager. The enclosure supports RAID 0, RAID 1, JBOD and Individual modes and provides hot-swap capability for straightforward drive replacement.
