QOLTEC TIM TUBE S05 is a grey thermal paste formulated to improve thermal contact between electronic components and their heatsinks. With a thermal conductivity of 1.829 W/m·K and thermal resistance of 0.123 °C/W, this 0.5 g tube is intended for precise applications such as CPU and GPU reapplication, power semiconductor cooling and small form-factor or repair tasks. The compound remains stable across a wide operative temperature range from −50 to 300 °C, making it suitable for a variety of consumer and light industrial cooling needs where space is limited or accurate dosing is required.
The thermal paste provides a balance of thermal performance and ease of application in a compact 0.5 g tube. Its relatively high thermal conductivity helps reduce junction-to-heatsink temperature difference, while the low thermal resistance contributes to efficient heat transfer. The grey color supports visual inspection of applied layers. The wide operating temperature range ensures material stability under both low-temperature storage and high-temperature operating conditions.
Clean both mating surfaces thoroughly to remove old paste, dust and oils using an appropriate solvent or isopropyl alcohol, then allow surfaces to dry. Apply a small, pea-sized amount of QOLTEC TIM TUBE S05 to the center of the component die or use a thin line for larger surfaces. Mount the heatsink evenly and apply moderate pressure to spread the paste. For thin or tightly spaced gaps, use a spreader or a soft card to obtain a uniform, thin layer. Remove excess material from the edges after assembly if necessary.
Use the tube sparingly for multiple small jobs; store in a cool, dry place and reseal the cap after use to preserve consistency. Avoid ingesting the compound and prevent contact with eyes or open wounds. For high-power systems or continuous extreme loads, verify thermal performance and consider reapplication intervals based on operating temperatures and system behavior.
