Ceramic kitchen knife Quality Ceramic E CLAT GOLD 17 cm blade, lightweight precision slicing knife

Quality Ceramic E CLAT GOLD is a lightweight precision slicing kitchen knife with a 17 cm fine porcelain blade fired at 1230°C. The blade is produced from kaolin, clay, feldspar and quartz and has passed low water absorption testing; it is designed for everyday food preparation and offers resistance to thermal shock. Items with gold or platinum decoration require caution when used in microwaves or dishwashers.

Advantages

The fine porcelain blade provides a hard, sharp cutting edge for precise slices while remaining lightweight for comfortable handling. The material has been tested for low water absorption (BS EN 1217), is free of lead and cadmium and meets relevant FDA, California Proposition 65 and EU 84/500/EEC metal release requirements. The blade demonstrates resistance to sudden temperature changes within a tested range.

Suitable for

• Precision slicing of fruits, vegetables and boneless meats
• Everyday kitchen prep where a lightweight, sharp knife is preferred
• Serving thin cuts at the table

How to use
