R-Go Tools HE Mouse R-Go HE Break ergonomic mouse medium right Bluetooth
The R-Go HE Break Mouse is an ergonomic vertical mouse designed for right-handed users (medium size) with Bluetooth connectivity and integrated break software. Its vertical shape positions the forearm to move the mouse instead of only the wrist, promoting a more natural hand posture and helping reduce the risk of CANS and other strain injuries. The mouse includes LED colour signals that indicate when to take a break and works together with R-Go Break Software to provide timely, subtle feedback during the working day.
The round, vertical design supports the hand and all fingers in a relaxed position, decreasing muscular tension and wrist strain. Bluetooth connectivity offers a cable-free workspace and the optical sensor with 1750 DPI provides precise cursor control. Integrated LED signals and compatible break software give clear visual reminders to pause regularly, supporting healthier work habits without intrusive prompts. Available in different versions and sizes to fit left- and right-handed users.
Pair the mouse with your computer via Bluetooth following the operating system pairing procedure. Place the mouse so your forearm naturally rests while moving it; this encourages forearm motion instead of wrist twisting. Install the R-Go Break Software to enable LED break signals and configure break intervals and notifications. Use the mouse normally for pointing and scrolling; the LED will change colour over time to indicate healthy work rhythm and when to take a break.
Use the R-Go HE Break Mouse together with the R-Go Break Software and set regular short breaks (for example every 20–60 minutes) to help reduce strain, stimulate blood circulation and maintain comfortable posture during extended computer use.
