The ICY BOX IB-247-C31 Anthracite is an external enclosure for 2.5" SATA III drives, designed to provide portable and fast USB 3.1 Type-C (Gen 2) connectivity. Made from high-grade aluminium with an anthracite finish, the enclosure supports drives up to 9.5 mm in height and enables SATA III transfer rates up to 6 Gbit/s. A 60 cm USB Type-C to Type-C cable is included for connection to hosts supporting up to 10 Gbit/s USB 3.1 Gen 2.

The blue LED will indicate drive activity during reads and writes. For first-time use, format the drive in the host operating system if required.
