It accepts 2.5” HDDs or SSDs with heights of 7mm, 9.5mm and 12.5mm, uses a single 15‑pin SATA power connector to power all four drives, and features a built-in 40mm cooling fan with adjustable speed settings. The compact steel chassis and tool-less ExpressTray system simplify drive installation and service while retaining optional screw mounting points for added stability.

How to use

Install the MB324SP-B into a standard 5.25” bay in your desktop chassis and connect a 15‑pin SATA power cable and the appropriate SATA or SAS data connections (SAS controller required for SAS operation). Insert drives into the ExpressTray by placing the front end into the built-in pins, pressing the rear with the connectors into place, and sliding the tray into the bay until it latches. To remove a drive, pull the rear tab of the tray to release the latch and slide the tray out. Adjust the fan speed jumper to HIGH, LOW or AUTO according to cooling needs, and replace the stock fan with a standard 40mm 2‑pin or 3‑pin fan if desired.
