The ToughArmor MB606SPO-B is a metal drive bay panel that fits a single external 5.25" bay and integrates six hot-swappable 2.5" SATA/SAS drive trays (supporting 5–7 mm height) plus one Ultra-Slim 9.5 mm CD/DVD/Blu-ray ROM optical drive slot. Built with full-metal construction inside and out and a user-configurable 40 mm cooling fan, the unit is designed for industrial and mobile systems where space efficiency, durability, and drive temperature control are required.

How to use

Install the MB606SPO-B into a standard external 5.25" bay and secure it to the chassis. Insert 2.5" HDDs or SSDs (5–7 mm height) into the removable trays and slide the trays into the hot-swap bays until they lock. For the Ultra-Slim 9.5 mm optical drive, align the drive with the labeled screw holes on the adjustable bracket, secure the built-in bracket screw to lock the drive in place, or loosen it to use the spring-loaded ejection arm for removal. Connect SATA data and power cables with locking latches to ensure secure connections. Configure the 40 mm fan speed according to drive type and operating conditions.
