Cavity Coupler Rangeful CC20 20 dB 698–2700 MHz N-Female
The Rangeful CC20 20 dB cavity coupler is an RF device for unequal distribution of signals with an N-female connector. It provides a fixed 20 dB coupling (the side output is 100 times weaker than the main line) across the 698–2700 MHz band and supports common GSM, 3G and 4G mobile standards. The coupler is intended for applications where predictable attenuation and signal isolation are required, such as lab measurements, field testing and installation tasks.
The CC20 delivers stable, repeatable 20 dB attenuation over a wide frequency range, ensuring consistent sampling or isolation between transmitter and measurement equipment. Its N-female connector provides reliable mechanical and RF connection. The fixed coupling simplifies system design when a known signal reduction is needed for secondary paths or measurement ports.
Install the CC20 inline between the main feed and the branch or measurement device using compatible N-type cables. Ensure connectors are tightened to maintain good RF contact. The main line carries the full signal while the side output provides a signal attenuated by 20 dB; plan antenna placement and cable runs accordingly to achieve the desired coverage or measurement level. Observe proper grounding and follow standard RF installation practices to avoid signal degradation.
Use the CC20 when a known fixed attenuation is needed to reduce power to a secondary antenna, compensate for cable loss differences, or obtain a stable sample for testing. Verify frequency coverage of your antennas and equipment falls within 698–2700 MHz and use low-loss, correctly terminated N-type cables for best results.
