Blind rivet Rapid Tools Ø4.8×20 mm with an aluminium body and a steel mandrel, supplied in a pack of 50. These blind rivets are intended for single‑side fastening where access is only available from one side. They are designed for joining thin metal sheets, profiles and coverings in exposed locations such as mudguards, metal and plastic cladding, signage and metal sheeting. A correctly sized drill bit is included in the packaging.

How to use

Drill a hole of the correct diameter at the fastening location using the included drill bit. Insert the blind rivet through the parts to be joined so the mandrel extends through the hole, then place the rivet into a compatible blind‑rivet tool and squeeze the tool to pull the mandrel and form the blind head. Break off the mandrel flush with the rivet body. Check the joint for proper setting and alignment.
