Satellite LNB RED OPTICUM Konwerter Twin Robust
Satellite LNB RED OPTICUM Konwerter Twin Robust
RED OPTICUM Konwerter Twin Robust is a twin-output satellite LNB designed to receive Ku-band satellite television signals and supply two independent coaxial outputs. Intended for domestic satellite installations and small multi-receiver systems, this LNB allows simultaneous connection of two tuners or receivers without signal splitting, providing stable reception for paired devices.
The device features two independent outputs for direct connection to separate receivers or a dual-tuner satellite receiver, reducing signal loss compared with passive splitters. Its compact and robust housing protects internal components from weather and mechanical stress. The LNB offers consistent local oscillator performance to maintain stable frequency conversion and reliable picture and sound quality under normal operating conditions.
Mount the LNB on the satellite dish arm so the feedhorn aligns with the dish focal point, and tighten the mounting bracket securely. Run two coaxial cables from the LNB outputs to the respective satellite receivers or to the LNB inputs of a dual-tuner recorder. Ensure each receiver is configured for the satellite and LNB type in its installation menu and set the correct polarization and voltage settings if required. Power for the LNB is provided through the coaxial cable from the connected receiver(s); verify that at least one receiver supplies power when using passive split arrangements or an external multiswitch.
For best performance, use quality RG6 or equivalent coaxial cable and properly weatherproof all outdoor cable connections. Periodically inspect the LNB housing and dish alignment, especially after storms or strong winds. If signal levels are weak, check dish alignment and cable integrity before replacing the LNB.
