3D scanner Revopoint Pop 3 Plus Standard High Precision Portable, Revopoint Pop3 plus standard
Revopoint Pop 3 Plus standard 3D scanner is a portable, high-precision device for capturing detailed 3D data. It combines single-frame accuracy of 0.08 mm, 2× optical magnification, a 9-axis IMU for image stabilization and a global marker tracking mode to ensure reliable point cloud fusion. The scanner supports scanning volumes from 20 × 20 × 20 mm up to 2,000 × 2,000 × 2,000 mm, records color textures with a built-in HD RGB camera and reaches speeds up to 18 frames per second. Revo Scan software is cross-platform and allows export in common formats without continuous internet access.
The Revopoint Pop 3 Plus offers professional-level single-frame accuracy (0.08 mm) and improved measurement precision thanks to a tempered glass calibration plate. A 9-axis IMU provides motion stabilization to reduce blur and merging errors, while global marker tracking reduces accumulated drift in long scans. The 2× optical magnification and HD RGB camera deliver sharper structured light and realistic color textures. The scanner is lightweight (190 g), portable and compatible with Windows, macOS, Android and iOS platforms.
Connect the Pop 3 Plus to a compatible device using the supplied USB Type‑C cable or the adapter, install and launch Revo Scan, then select the device and follow on‑screen calibration steps. Calibrate the IMU if prompted to enable image stabilization. Position the object within the working range (150–400 mm) or use the included tripod, turntable and markers for larger or more complex scans. Use the tempered glass calibration plate during initial setup for improved measurement repeatability. After scanning, export models in the required format (PLY, OBJ, STL, etc.) for CAD, 3D printing or further processing.
For best results, scan in stable lighting or use the scanner’s IR fill and white LED; apply a removable scanning spray on transparent, shiny or very dark surfaces; use markers or the turntable for long scans or small detailed objects; ensure your computer meets recommended system requirements for real‑time processing.
