Rexel Shredder Oil Sheets, 20 pieces

Rexel Shredder Oil Sheets are designed for the regular maintenance and lubrication of document shredder cutting blades. This pack contains 20 pre-moistened A5 oil sheets that help ensure optimal performance, reduce operating noise, and extend the overall lifespan of your office shredder. By providing a clean and mess-free application method, these sheets apply the correct amount of oil to the mechanism effortlessly every single time, ensuring your equipment remains in top working condition without the need for manual liquid oil bottles.

Advantages

Using these pre-moistened oil sheets offers a reliable method for maintaining office equipment without dealing with messy liquid lubricants or accidental spills. Each sheet delivers a precise and consistent amount of oil directly to the cutting cylinders, preventing under-lubrication or over-saturation. Regular use helps to reduce friction, lower operational noise levels, and prevent paper jams caused by residue buildup. Furthermore, the standardized A5 size makes the application process quick and straightforward for any standard office document shredder.

Suitable for

• Routine maintenance of office and home document shredders
• Reducing cutting blade friction and operational noise
• Extending the working lifespan of shredding mechanisms
• Preventing paper jams caused by dry or worn cutting heads

When it may not be suitable

These pre-moistened oil sheets are specifically sized and formulated for document shredder cutting mechanisms and should not be used for lubricating other heavy office machinery or non-compatible equipment. Devices that require specialized heavy-duty industrial lubricants or continuous liquid drip systems may not benefit from this standardized sheet format.

Key specifications

• A5 sheet size
• Pack quantity of 20 pieces
• Pre-moistened lubricant formula
• Compatible with standard document shredders

How to use

To apply the lubricant, simply take a single Rexel Shredder Oil Sheet from the pack and feed it directly into the entry slot of your operating document shredder. Allow the machine to pull the sheet through the cutting blades completely. Once the sheet has passed through, run the shredder in reverse for a few seconds to ensure the oil is evenly distributed across the entire surface of the cutting cylinders. Discard the used sheet safely according to standard office waste procedures.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your shredder opening can accommodate A5 size sheets
• Check the quantity needed for your monthly maintenance schedule
• Ensure compatibility with your specific shredder brand and model

Usage recommendations: For optimal results and sustained equipment performance, use one oil sheet during each emptying of the shredder waste bin or at least once a month depending on the frequency of your shredding tasks.
