Sunglasses RH+ Tifosi Moab Lite Clarion Fototec — matte bronze frame, Clarion Red photochromic lens (64%→14% light transmission)

RH+ Tifosi Moab Lite Clarion Fototec combine a lightweight matte bronze frame with a single Clarion Red photochromic lens that adapts between approximately 64% and 14% light transmission. The Fototec lens technology reacts to changing light levels to deliver consistent contrast and protection for outdoor activities. The sunglasses are designed to balance coverage, ventilation and low weight for cycling, running and multisport use where variable lighting and quick adaptation matter.

Advantages

The matte bronze frame provides a durable yet lightweight platform that sits securely during movement while remaining unobtrusive. The Clarion Red photochromic lens adjusts automatically to ambient light, reducing glare in bright conditions and opening up in lower light to preserve visibility. The single-lens design offers an uninterrupted field of view and improved peripheral coverage, while the lens tint enhances contrast for better detail recognition on road and trail.

Suitable for

• Cycling on roads and mixed-terrain rides where light conditions change frequently
• Trail and road running with variable shade and sun exposure
• Multisport training and recreational outdoor activities requiring eye protection and adaptable tint

When it may not be suitable

These sunglasses are optimized for dynamic outdoor use and variable lighting; they may be less suitable for activities that demand certified impact protection for contact sports or for users who require a prescription lens solution. Because the lens is photochromic, adaptation speed depends on ambient UV levels and temperature, so instantaneous darkening may vary.

Key specifications

• Frame: lightweight matte bronze construction designed for stability and low weight
• Lens type: single Clarion Red photochromic lens with adaptive light transmission
• Light transmission range: approx. 64% (light) → 14% (dark)
• Optical performance: enhanced contrast tint suitable for varied outdoor conditions
• Fit: sport-oriented wrap for extended peripheral coverage and wind protection

How to use

Wear the sunglasses during outdoor activity to allow the photochromic Clarion Red lens to adapt to changing light. For best performance, expose the lens to natural UV light to trigger darkening; indoors or in low UV conditions the lens will remain in its lighter state. Clean the lens with a soft microfiber cloth and mild lens cleaner; avoid abrasive materials and strong chemicals. Adjust the temple arms and nose area for a stable, comfortable fit before starting activity.

What to consider before purchase

• Check fit and coverage to ensure the wrap style matches your face shape and helmet or hat use
• Consider whether you need prescription-compatible options or additional impact certification for specific sports
• Understand that photochromic performance varies with UV intensity and temperature

Usage recommendations

Use these sunglasses for everyday training and rides in mixed light; store them in a protective case when not in use and avoid prolonged contact with hot surfaces or harsh chemicals to preserve lens coatings and frame finish.
