PaperStream automates the capture process with a simple interface. The software can also automatically recognise different document forms and apply the associated scanning profile, even when scanning a variety of forms in a single batch. PaperStream Capture also uses patch & barcodes to automatically name, sort and distribute documents, and to extract information for indexing and other post-scan processes.
