Riff RF-VAC618 is a cordless window cleaning robot designed for automated cleaning of windows, mirrors, shower enclosures and other smooth surfaces. The device combines ultrasonic nanometer spray, rotating microfiber pads and suction to deliver streak-free results on glass and tiles across surfaces up to 6 x 4 m.

How to use

Attach clean microfiber cloths to the rotating discs, fill the 40 ml tank with distilled water (or a compatible cleaning liquid) and place the robot on the glass surface. Use the remote to select one of three automatic modes (up then down, right then down, left then down) or operate manually. For wet cleaning, spray a small amount of detergent onto the lower disc cloth if needed and start the cycle. If power is lost, use the UPS backup time to retrieve the device safely.

Usage recommendations

Before wet cleaning, perform dry cleaning with dry cloths to remove dust and large debris. Keep the upper disc cloth dry and apply only 1–2 sprays of detergent to the lower cloth to avoid over-wetting. Use the robot in low-humidity conditions (sunny days) and avoid frameless surfaces, since the device has no built-in edge detection for frameless edges. Use only distilled water in the tank to prevent limescale; other compatible detergents may be used as indicated.
