Car Magnetic Vent Mount Ringke Power Clip Wing ACCM0010 — black magnetic phone holder for air vent

Ringke Power Clip Wing is a compact black magnetic car vent mount designed to attach securely to vehicle air vent slats and provide a stable magnetic surface for compatible smartphones or thin metal plates. The mount keeps the phone within easy reach and view for hands-free navigation, calls, and media control while driving. Its low-profile design allows for quick installation, repositioning, and removal without permanent changes to the vehicle interior.

Advantages

The magnetic plate offers reliable holding power for phones equipped with compatible magnets or metal plates, while the vent clip clamps to vent slats without tools. The design is small and unobtrusive, preserving airflow and minimizing obstruction of the dashboard view. The mount’s compact footprint makes it simple to move between vehicles or remove when not needed.

Suitable for

• Drivers who need convenient access to turn-by-turn navigation.
• Hands-free calls and quick media control while driving.
• Short trips where a compact, non-permanent mount is preferred.
• Users who want a low-profile holder that is easy to install and remove.

When it may not be suitable

This magnetic vent mount may not be ideal for very large, heavy phones or bulky cases that reduce magnetic contact, as holding strength depends on direct contact with the magnet or a compatible metal plate. It may also be less stable on rounded or unusually shaped vent slats and can partially restrict airflow depending on clip placement.

Key specifications

• Mount type: Magnetic vent clip
• Material: Plastic housing with integrated magnet
• Color: Black
• Installation: Attaches to vehicle air vent slats
• Compatibility: Works with phones that have magnetic alignment systems or with attached metal plates
• Design: Compact, low-profile form factor suitable for repositioning

How to use

Insert the clip into a horizontal or vertical vent slat and press until the clip seats firmly. If your phone does not have an integrated magnet, attach the supplied or compatible thin metal plate to the phone or fit it between the phone and case according to manufacturer guidance. Align the phone to the magnetic surface to secure it. Adjust the phone position for optimal viewing angle and ensure the clip does not interfere with vent operation or obstruct controls.

What to consider before purchase

• Check phone size and case thickness — heavy phones or thick cases may reduce magnetic hold.
• Confirm your vehicle’s vent slat shape and strength to ensure the clip can grip securely.
• Decide whether a magnetic plate will be attached to the phone or placed between phone and case.
• Consider airflow and placement to avoid blocking essential vents or controls.

Usage recommendations

For best results, use with a slim case or attach the metal plate between the phone and case; periodically check that the clip remains firmly seated in the vent and reposition if the vent slat bends or becomes loose. Avoid using the mount with devices that exceed the recommended weight for magnetic mounting and do not rely on it as the sole support for heavy or oversized phones.
