Vaginal Balls RITHUAL DEVA AQUA GREEN PELVIC TRAINING SET Silicone
Vaginal Balls RITHUAL DEVA AQUA GREEN PELVIC TRAINING SET Silicone
RITHUAL Deva is a pelvic floor training kit that includes four silicone balls of different weights and a progressive 10-step program to strengthen pelvic muscles. Designed for regular Kegel exercises, the set helps improve muscle tone, bladder control and vaginal sensitivity. The kit is waterproof, easy to clean and suitable for gradual training at home.
The Deva set contains four balls of varying weights (25 g, 40 g, 60 g and 60 g) that can be combined into a 10-step exercise progression to gradually increase resistance and muscle control. Made from medical-grade, non-porous, hypoallergenic silicone, the balls are soft to the touch, quickly adopt body temperature and are compatible with water-based lubricants. The product is easy to clean and designed for repeated use; the Rithual brand provides a two-year warranty on its toys.
Perform Kegel exercises by inserting a suitable-sized Deva ball and contracting the pelvic floor muscles for about 5 seconds, then relaxing for 5 seconds; repeat this cycle 4–5 times per session. Start with the lightest weight and follow the 10-step progression, combining balls as instructed to increase resistance gradually. Use a water-based lubricant for insertion and remove the ball by gently pulling the retrieval cord or ring. Clean thoroughly with warm water and mild soap or a dedicated toy cleaner before first use and after each use.
Use only water-based lubricants to protect the silicone surface. Store the balls dry and separately from other silicone products. Consult a medical professional before starting pelvic floor training if you have recent surgery, ongoing pelvic pain, active infections or significant prolapse.
