How to use

Place the slicer on a stable, level surface and unfold the supply table if needed. Install and secure the detachable carriage and adjust the slice thickness using the thickness control. Switch on the slicer using the safety switch and set the desired rpm with the electronic control. Feed the food along the carriage path steadily to obtain even slices.
